SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PROCESSING
For orders over $99 shipping within the lower 48 States or to an APO address, we offer FREE shipping (make sure to select FREE SHIPPING in the Shopping Cart). All Freight items ship to business addresses and residential addresses in the lower 48 states. Freight shipping is NOT available to Alaska or Hawaii. We also ship free to all APO addresses. If you are shipping to an APO address and are not offered free shipping in the Shopping Cart, please use one of the contact methods to get in touch with us so we can make the change. *AK and HI shipping options are limited to 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. Offer applies to Standard shipping only. (UPS or USPS to street addresses, USPS to PO Boxes, AK, HI, & PR) Free shipping may not apply to certain heavy or oversize orders. Not valid on prior purchases. Not valid in conjunction with any other special offers or promotions. Offer does not apply to Institutional orders.
PROCESSING TIME
TentsEtc ships 99% of all orders the next business day from the date received. Most orders in the 48 states are received by our customers in 6 business days via standard delivery. All processing and delivery times are based on business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. If TentsEtc is out of stock on an item, you will be notified via the e-mail address provided with your on-line order.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Customer satisfaction is our goal. All merchandise in resellable condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by your receipt. If used and found defective, we will exchange or repair within 30 days of the purchase date when accompanied by your receipt. Save your packing materials and manufacturers warranty together with your TentsEtc sales receipt and invoice. After 30 days if you believe there to be a problem not caused by normal wear and tear, you should contact the manufacturer directly. When returning merchandise to TentsEtc, carefully wrap the items and return them Parcel Post insured or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns can not be accepted and will be refused. Enclose the return form on the reverse side of your invoice or a letter telling us the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order. Advise us if you are looking for a refund, exchange, or repair. We will return ship via surface delivery. TentsEtc will only refund postage due to shipping errors or manufacturing defects in merchandise.

REFUNDS
If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund which will appear on your credit card statement. Purchases made by check or money order will be issues a refund check sent under separate cover. There is a 25% restocking fee on all refunds.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges of purchases made by credit card will be credited back to the card. The replacement item will then be rebilled.
